  • We want your dog’s experience to be interactive, fun, and personal, so we limit our daycare to a maximum of 5 dogs. This is designed to keep our numbers small so your dog gets more 1:1 times with us while also getting the opportunity to play with fur-iends and not overstimulated by too many different personalities.

  • First, complete the information on our website labeled “Start your dog’s Tail Waggin fun.” Then we will reach out to to answer any questions you might have and confirm the best day to schedule your Meet & Greet.

  • A meet & greet is a full day (or night if you are looking to board with us) where we get to properly evaluate your dog and make sure they are a greet fit to our Tail wagging environment. We NEVER want your dog to feel uncomfortable so a meet & greet offers your dog the ability to get a feel for their surroundings. We strongly recommend you book your meet & greet in ADVANCE. Our spots are very limited and our TS clients book months in advance for our services. So please be proactive about your pet care needs so we can help you and your sweet Tail Swagger!

  • All dogs must be updated on all their vaccinations, must be dog friendly, kid friendly, have no history of aggression (food, toy, dog, people, etc.) and must be excited to have a Tail-wagging great time!

  • We’re so glad you love our doggie daycare! We also offer boarding for your dog to keep the fun going well you decide to travel.

  • After your dog passes our Meet & Greet, you will then have the opportunity to pay your invoice to secure your dogs boarding reservation.

  • Yes, they can! We do have limited spots available so please let us know asap so you can secure your dog’s reservation.

  • 30 day notice must be given to cancel your membership. We know things happen but we also want to make sure we can fill your dog’s spot by letting our wait list know a spot has opened up!

  • 30 days in advance notice must be given. There are no refunds however, If it’s within the 30 day window you will be given a credit to use towards a future stay.

  • Morning drop off hour is between 6:30am-7:30am or 8am-9am.

  • This means you can add on to your membership our drop off package so at the end of the day we will drop your dog off to you at YOUR HOME. :) We know your days can be long so this is something we offer as a convince to you & to help you spend less time on the road. We also alert you every time we are headed your way and when we have successfully dropped your dog off at home. If you aren’t home when we arrive we will drop them off in their crate or designated area you have requested and send you a picture to confirm they are safe and waiting for you! End of the day drop off is available as an add on to your membership.

  • If you purchase our drop off package, your dogs drop off time will be between 3-6:30pm. We always alert you when we are headed to take them home and once we have dropped them off.

  • Absolutely! Afternoon pick up times are between 4:00-6pm.

  • Yes we do! It’s an additional $25 fee for a pick up and $25 for drop off.

  • Our ONLY availability for you to drop/pick up your dog’s for boarding are in the mornings. The two morning times are: 7:30-8am or 8am-8:30am. Please make sure you are ON TIME or an additional fee will be charged.

  • Absolutely! We give you 10% off your next monthly daycare membership or boarding reservation each time you refer someone to us and they book their first service. :)

  • Your dog’s overall results with mastering their commands and mindset is largely dependent on your application of what you continue to do with your dog at home. Marissa will provide your dog with all introduction into the commands as well as all the information you need to follow through with your dog at home. The mastery is in the follow up. If you hold your dog accountable at home, you will see progress!
